In my new role at work I am in a small team of just three. We seem to have forged good connections and are enjoying working together. I have been thinking how lucky I am because the last workplace, the whole team was very fractured and there was little connection, let alone enjoyment. And that doesn’t even cover the manager I had.
I feel gratitude that the we have found connection points: being parents, being women, food. Typical connection points for women according to many studies, but still I am grateful.
